Defamed and Threatened Yale Law Students File Lawsuit Against AutoAdmit

For lack of a blog entry, I recently saw on the news that the two female Yale law students who were the focus of the AutoAdmit controversy have filed a lawsuit against the site's administrators. While that doesn't seem utterly shocking, what may be precedent-setting is the fact part of the lawsuit seeks to gain a court order to reveal IP addresses of the people who made certain remarks.
